My lease is ending June 30th, and I'm looking to either start a new lease or join an existing least sometime in June or on July 1st. Currently living in LIC, but open to many neighborhoods (Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn) with a decent commute to work (around Bryant Park). Budget is around $1500, but I can be flexible.

I'm in my mid 20s and work in consulting. Due to work, I'm often away from the city from Mondays to Thursdays, but I do like to cook when I'm not traveling. I like to keep my apartment (especially common areas such as the kitchen and bathroom) clean.
