Hey Everyone!
If anyone's looking for a 1BR 1LR in the LES, please let me know! It's perfect for 2 people, and conveniently located less than 1 block away from Delancey St/Essex St FMJZ station for easy access uptown or downtown.
I'm looking for $2800 utilities included with or without furniture! You'll only have to cover internet. My family owns the place so there won't be any hidden fees. It's also worth noting that it's on the 5th floor of a walk up. If you're wondering why i'm moving out, I love the place, I'm just trying to live with some RWC Brothers.
Please let me know if you're interested! I can be flexible with duration, but ideally it'd be a 1 year+ long commitment.
