Room for sublet, Male, $1050 per month

Hi all,
David Lee here from RWC, and I am out of the city while covid passes, and wanted to sublet my room for the summer. You will be living in your own room, in a 3 bedroom 1 bath apartment in harlem near 135th and adam clayton blvd. It's assessable by the B, C, 2, and 3 train. The room is spacious and has a nice kitchen and bathroom and large living room and in house wash/dryer with all included detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, kitchen supplies. etc. The room will come fully furnished as you can see in the pics. The room has large floor to ceiling windows that have alot of natural lighting in the day, but if you sleep in, they are equipped with blackout curtains that block all light.
Any male can move in, it is available now till September so lmk when you are looking to need the space. Rent is $1050 a month, all included (internet, gas, electric). The others are both asian males in their 20's who keep to themselves and rarely come out of their room LOL.
