I'm moving out by the end of May and am looking for a female to take over my room in Ridgewood. Starting June, and lease renewal in August. I'm currently paying $1000 plus utilities about $80. Room has two large windows, high ceiling, ac, lots of natural sunlight, fire escape.

It's on the second floor, has a small gym, rooftop, and laundry service. Close to L and M trains. No issues with neighbors.
Roommates are not christian but they are kind people, my friend and her younger brother. They stay in their rooms a lot, no issues.
