Hello! We are looking for 1 male roommate to move in/sublet starting August 2020 for a room in a 3 bedroom apartment in a semi-luxury building in Hell's Kitchen. Below are some more details:
Rent: $1350 per month with possibility to renew in July 2021
Apartment: A 3 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, spacious bathroom, living/dining area, foyer, ample storage space
Location: 54th & 10th, near Columbus Circle (Trains: 1, ACE, NQWR, BD all close by), 24-HR CVS, Grocery Store, Dunkin Donuts, Parks/Basketball Courts, West Side River all within a block
Room: fully furnished with full-size loft bed, built-in wall shelves, built-in wall coat rack, huge west-facing window, portable AC, approx 100 sq ft.
Building Amenities: Indoor gym, in-building laundry, cozy resident's lounge, outdoor patio/terrace area, BBQ grills, 24-hour concierge front desk
Roommates: 2 clean (we have a cleaning rotation!), considerate dudes from church
