Hello! My roommate and I are friendly and respectful CFs looking for two additional CFs to fill the private bedroom ($1280/mo) and home office ($850/mo) in our spacious apartment, a 3BD 2BA flex. Utilities and shared expenses are ~$50/mo. Laundry in-unit. Must be able to sign onto a new lease (Aug 1, 2020 through Jul 31, 2021). Both rooms are available Aug 1, however an Oct 1 move-in date is ideal for the home office.
