Room for rent

I am renting a room in my place for July 1. I am looking for a clean, quiet, empathic, mature, very responsible person who could pay either 975 a month (all inclusive) and/or full apartment for double the price plus 20% (10% furniture use fee and potential landlord fee that he could raise of 10%) until January 1, 2021. Located in the heart of Long Island City. Great location, convenient to everything, grocery, laundromat, and 15 minutes by train to midtown Manhattan. Need first month's rent plus security deposit. Must sign a roommate agreement and security deposit cannot be used as last months rent.
