Hi! My roommate and I are looking for a CF to move into the master bedroom of our 3-bedroom apartment as early as 7/16. We're just a 5-minute walk to the 74th Street-Broadway train station (E, F, M, R, 7). Monthly rent is $1,100 + utilities (internet, gas, and electric) are typically $60/month. Laundry is in the building. You will be sharing with 2 CF working professionals.
