Looking for 1-2 roommates to sublet/live in the living room of 1 BR apt in Clinton Hill Brooklyn! (5 min walk to G train, 2 min walk to B38 bus which easily transfers Dekalb Station with B,D,N,Q,R train lines)
Will provide one twin bed, as well as clothing rack and other furniture. Living room/kitchen area is fully furnished.
For one person: rent is $1125/month not including utilities. For 2 people: $775/month not including utilities. Utilities usually are around $70-80 total depending on the amount of usage. I'm also open to making the 1 bedroom available as well! Please don't hesitate to ask questions :)
