Sublet in LES

Hi! Subletting an apartment in LES on the corner of Delancey and Clinton. 2 bed/1 bath. My roommate is leaving NYC, and we’re either looking for one female to take her room and live with me...or two people (male or female) to take over both of our leases. Rent is $1400 per person. Location is prime. FMJZ trains. We’re a block from Trader Joes and Target and really close to some great restaurants. Available August 1 or September 1. The lease ends in Feb 2021, but you can either sign your own 12 month lease if you prefer.
