Furnished Bedroom Sublease in Columbus Circle

Hi! I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in NYC Columbus Circle (W 58th & 8th) from Aug 2020 to June 2021. It's right across Columbus Circle station (A,C,B,D,1 trains)-- super convenient area with CVS, Duane Reade & Whole Foods/Columbus Circle Mall right across. I live on the 16th floor.
It's a one bedroom apartment that's flexed into 2 rooms (my room is the bedroom, not the flex) and there's still living room space as well. My room is quite spacious. It includes:
- queen bed (mattress included)
- 4 drawer dresser
- huge closet
- desk
- swivel chair
- full body mirror
- lamp
PRICING:
Rent: $1925/month (negotiable)
Electricity fees: depends per month, but on average per month it's around $25-40 per person
There’s a 24 hour doorman, elevators, and laundry is downstairs. The roommate would be my brother. Please let me know if you (or if anyone you know) are interested!
