1 Month September Sublet in Midtown West - $1400

Hi! I'm looking to sublet this cozy room for ONE MONTH (September) at a 3 bed/1 bath in the Midtown West/Hell’s Kitchen area, with 2 CF roommates. Rent is $1400 with utilities!
You’ll be on the 5th floor of a super nice apartment with an elevator, doorman, and laundry in the basement. The room has a closet and can come furnished if you'd like (including a desk, a stool, a nightstand + lamp, and a shelf organizer in the closet). There's also a bed that you can just use/take for free, and an AC unit that I just installed for the summer that I’m hoping to sell (can negotiate price).
The location is SUPER convenient, it's right in the middle of everything and you have access to all the major subway lines, all within a few minutes’ walking distance (the closest one is literally just one block away, at 42nd St/Port Authority on the ACE). Super close to Columbus Circle, Port Authority, Penn Station, etc. and so much shopping/food all around you (not to mention some amazing restaurants right along 9th ave)!
