Room available Sept 1st in "cosy" 4-bedroom apartment, Long Island City (bordering on Astoria) Queens. $650/month rent, then additional utilities split among roommates. Second floor walk up, with small common space. Near the N/W at 39th Ave, and walking distance to Queensboro Plaza & more.

Room is approx 7x13ft, can remain furnished with bed/cabinet/clothing rack in photos. (Not desk, would sell air conditioner.)

Roommates are all Christian females 20s/30s, seeking similar for a peaceful household. Those staying are a freelance artist, and nurse practitioner, with a nursing student moving in. We're usually doing our own things, occasionally have friends over or invite each other to activities, but our home is mostly a comfortable place to unwind.

Planning to sign another 1year lease September 1st, with option of renewal. Only accepting female roommates, preferably ready to commit for a year. Currently giving both in-person and virtual tours.
