Hi! My roommate and I are looking for a roommate to take our third room available Sep. 15, 2020 to August 31, 2021.
We’re both in our mid 20s, work nearby, and will be moving in 9/15ish. We’re looking to rent out the smallest room for $1,100 / month, electricity and cable avg. ~$50 / person / month. We’ll be on the 12th floor and the pictures show the actual apt. The building has a 24 hour doorman, elevators, and laundry downstairs.
