Looking for a female to take over one of the bedrooms in a 3 bdrm flex apartment in LIC.
The bedroom is the master bedroom--it is HUGE, has its own bathroom, and a big walk-in closet. The rent would be somewhere around 1500 slightly more with utilities.
You'll be living with two other CF in their 20s both working adults--super chill clean and considerate.

About the Apartment:
- Right off of Queensboro Plaza stop, and we have access to many other subway lines (N,R,W,7,E,F,G)
- Gym, Laundry, Rooftop, 24/7 Doorman

Looking for someone to sign a year lease starting November 1.
