Looking for someone to fill one bedroom in a 3b1b apartment on the Upper West Side (87th and Broadway) from November 1-April 30 with the opportunity to renew. $1200/month plus utilities. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Riverside park, a 10 minute walk from Central Park, 10 minute walk from Trader Joe’s, and there is an entrance to the 1 line directly across the street.
