Looking for a female to take over the entire living room area (it's a huge space, around 224 sq ft) of our 2BR apartment in Stuy Town (near 18th St & 1st Ave in Manhattan). Rent would be around $1050/month (including utilities), and you'd be living with two working CF roommates in their 20s.
