Hello everyone! We have a room available on 10/19 or a bit earlier/later (flexible) in Upper East Side around $1000 per month + utilities (we negotiated it down 12% for you!)
We are prayerfully seeking a Christian male to fill a room in a 3BR apartment on 90th Street and 1st Ave! Two other roommates are also Christian males in late 20's and early 30's. Private bedroom with lots of sunlight and large shared living spaces. 2nd floor in a walk up building. Laundromat on block, close to Q & 4/5/6. Also close to the East River, Central Park and so many cute restaurants and bars!
