Looking for someone to sublet my place for three weeks in November (oct 30 - nov 23), willing to extend if you need or want more time.
Apartment is something like 700 square feet, with very good natural light throughout the day, and a great view of the east river, gantry park and the Queensborough bridge.
Queen sized bed, fully stocked kitchen and large closets that I can clear out before your arrival.
Its a great place, and is located right next to the ferry, which is currently the safest form of transportation in the city. The recent New York Times article collected data on covid rates and found that this specific area of the city had the lowest covid infection rates in the entire city.
