Hi there! My roommate and I are two CF (mid-20s & early 30s) seeking another CF roommate who is clean, respectful, and doesn't smoke. We have a large sunny room available on the 1st floor, in addition to large common spaces in the living room and kitchen. We're across from a laundromat and a grocery store in a really great neighborhood. 5 min walk to NW at Broadway and RM at Steinway. The lease would be for Jan 1 - December 2021. Move in date flexible, if you get approved, you can move in as early as Dec 2020 (the room has been paid for).
