Looking for a female subletter (ideally open to lease takeover) to take over 1 bedroom in a sunny, spacious, 2 bed/1 bath apartment in Boerum Hill/Park Slope of Brooklyn. Room can either be subletted furnished or empty, depending on move-in date. Flexible move-in, but asap preferred. Current lease lasts until end of July, with opportunity to extend the lease.

- Walking distance from Atlantic Ave/Barclays Center (2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, R, W trains)
- ~800 sf apartment (very spacious living room and room)
- Incredible natural light (South/Southwest facing windows) all day long
- The NY trifecta of apartment goals: 1) In-unit washer/dryer, 2) In-unit a/c heating, 3) in-unit dish washer
- 6' closet in the room + additional storage space in shared space
- Elevator building with mailroom
- GREAT neighbors (our floor has 8 units and direct neighbors are couples/young families). Noise has never been an issue given great sound proofing.
- One avenue over from countless Park Slope restaurants/bars/shops on 5th Ave
- You'd be with my current roommate: early 30s, female, fun, laid back, clean/tidy, incredible cook. Loves watching SVU, Friends, This is Us.

Legitimately the best apartment I've ever lived in in New York - I am sad to leave it!
