Hi there!

I am looking for a new living situation as my lease ends at the end of March.
Would be open to sublet or to find a roommate to sign a new lease with, just need a new place to call home starting April 1 at the latest and would prefer CF roommate(s). My budget is $1,200 & under, whether that be for a room or my part for a place with a roommate or two (but no more than that please, would like no more than 2 roommates).

In terms of location, I'm looking to stay in Brooklyn and prefer the neighborhoods of Prospect Heights, Crown Heights, Bed Stuy (preferably near the A/C, although open to Bestuy near the G as well), Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, and the North Park Slope - but basically anywhere close to the A/C or 2/3/4/5 is fine, maybe the G as well. Not interested in living off of the L or J/M/Z. Would also be open to Downtown Manhattan (no higher than Midtown East) or LIC.

My must haves space wise are (1) having a room big enough to comfortably have a desk in with a full sized bed as I will be working from home for the foreseeable future, (2) having a closet in my room, and (3) having a decent amount of living space (i.e. having an actual living room and a decent sized kitchen). Also to be living with COVID conscious roommate(s) :)

A little about me: I work in tech and events as a project manager, have lived in NYC since I graduated from Boston University in the spring of 2019, and attend & serve at C3 NYC since coming back to the city.
