Looking for a new roommate for Mar 1, to join me in a spacious 2bed/2ba on UWS 74th and Columbus near Central Park, as well as the B,C,1,2,3 trains and great grocery stores. Location and apartment is a gem. Seeking CF who values hospitality! The bedroom and bathroom shown in the pictures below are the upstairs bed and bath available for rent, $1450/month. The other bedroom and bathroom are located downstairs.
