Looking to move to a new 3-room apartment in UWS / Harlem / Morningside Heights in either April or May. Need a third CF roommate to join us in signing a year-long lease. We have a few new apartment options ($800-900 p/m per person).

Roommate preferences:
- Respectful, friendly, someone who can take on a cleaning schedule (once a week!) to keep things homely and tidy
- Preferably a non-smoker / smokes outside
