Hi, I'm looking for a CF who would like to takeover my lease that ends in summer of 2022.
The apartment is located in Astoria, Queens, near the Broadway station with subway line N W.
It is surrounded by several grocery stores, numerous restaurants and cafes. There is also a very clean laundromat right next door so no need to walk blocks down carrying a heavy sack.

As for the unit, you’ll be living with two other Christian flatmates.
One of them is using the master bedroom, so you’ll be sharing the bathroom with only one person.
The kitchen is full of utensils and you are free to use them.

The room will come furnished with a queen size bed, a desk, and a drawer.
