Below Market Price Brooklyn Housing Available

5/8/21 update:
Hello everybody!
Thanks to everybody who has reached out. I wanted to update this post as the Park Slope unit (93 16th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11215) is now off the market!
Another update is that the Carroll Garden apartments are still currently not ready due to renovations. They are tenatively slated to be on market after June/July, but things can be delayed.
201 (Greenwood) is available but may be off market soon too. If other units become available, I will update here.
Thanks!
Brandon

Original post:
My dad has a few vacancies in the Park Slope, Caroll Gardens, and Greenwood neighborhoods in Brooklyn. I would like to share these here in case there's any interest garnered so that I may give priority to this community over the open market.
The apartments are in great locations (close to public transportation and other things), have nice size (I can provide floorplans), are in great condition (some are either newly renovated or have been recently renovated), and are at below market price (Each apt will be around ~$2,000 per month total. That is TOTAL, not per person).
Here are some addresses in case you want to look up on StreetEasy or something:
Carrol Garden: 153 West 9th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11231 (All units open. Expected to be available ~May/June)
Park Slope: 93 16th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11215 (2nd Floor is available now)
Greenwood: 201 33rd St, Brooklyn, NY 11232 (3rd Floor is available now)
If anybody is interested, please let me know! You may contact me at 347-247-3139 or brandonnyc1122@gmail.com
Thanks!
Brandon
