We are interested in subletting our 1BR (approximately 700 sq ft) apartment in Long Island City. Our preference would be to provide it furnished so we can leave our existing furniture for use (assuming that would be beneficial for the subletter as well).

Dates are generally flexible starting from mid-May through mid-July (unfortunately it won't be available for the 2nd half of July) and the months of August and September.
