Looking for a female roommate to take over my 1year lease in June (dates can be flexible in that month but would perfer June 5/6 move in)
- Lux apartment (Tower 31) in the heart of midtown + great monthly rate for location (1610/month + around $80 amenities + internet)
- Shared apt with one other CF professional (she’s awesome!)
- you will be taking over a spacious flex room with plenty of space + two large closets + large windows. (Can be furnished with full sized ikea bed with bottom storage + dresser for convenience and at no extra cost)!
- laundry in building, door man, elevators, roof deck, gym, overall a super clean apartment complex
