Mid 20s CM looking for a CM roommate to move into a 1 bd 1 bath apt on the upper east side.
Total rent is $3550 with one month free with a 12 month lease. I’m open to discussing how to split rent. The room can fit a full size bed and a desk. I currently live in a flex room in the living room. Lots of natural light, the unit is in the back of the building so it is quiet, 24hr doorman, laundry in building, and elevator. Less than a minute from the F and Q train. Less than 5 minutes from the 4,5,6,N,R. Grocery store is a block away and a Whole Foods 5 blocks away. Tons of restaurants nearby on 2nd Ave. One subway stop away from midtown.
