Hi,
My name is Sarah and I'm a working professional in my early 20s.
I am looking for 1-2 CF roommates to sign a lease with for mid-August or Sept.
Otherwise, I am also open to sublets.
Ideally, my budget would be around $2000 max but willing to be flexible for the right place.
Location preference is fairly flexible but would like to live near Bryant Park. Walking distance is preferred but ~15 min subway commute is also fine.

I've also found a very nice luxury 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on West 42nd street that's going for around $5000 (2500 per person if 2 people). It also might be convertible to a 3 person apartment with the living room. I'm considering this option and looking for roommates who might be interested as well.
