I'm a 25 y/o CF looking for an apartment/roomies with a start date of Sep 1 or later. My ideal neighborhoods are in Harlem or Morningside Heights, and I'm open and flexible to signing a lease or a sublet. Proximity to a park would be awesome, as well as enough space for WFH. I’m also looking for a fantastic roommate or two who wants to be friends with our neighbors and is comfortable with using the space for hosting 1-2 times a week (provided it is COVID-safe to do so).
