Hi! I am an Asian-American CF in my mid-20s, looking for either:
- Studio apt
- 1 bedroom
- 2 Bed/2 bath apt to move into with another CF in a similar stage of life (private bathroom is a must)

Looking for preferably a 1 year lease. I'm open to Manhattan (UWS, Hell's Kitchen, Chelsea), Brooklyn or Long Island City. My budget is $2000 max/month. A safe neighborhood is of utmost priority to me.

- Queens native
- Musician (I love worship and will have an electric keyboard and ukulele)
- I work in HR within a major tech company. I mostly WFH now but am planning to go towards a hybrid model soon (3 days in office/2 days at home).
- Absolute total foodie and love traveling :)
- Ambivert and am very neat/organized and communicative. I enjoy social settings when I'm outside of the house but mostly keep to myself when I'm at home.
