I'm moving into a 3 bed 1 bath apartment in Inwood and looking for two more Christian females to room with in their 20s-30s. The available rooms are $900 and $950. Rent includes heat and water and we would need to split electricity and internet. There's a W/D in unit. 5 minute walk to the 1 train at 207th st. Spacious rooms. Looking for roommates who communicate, clean, and share Christian values (no male overnight guests, drugs, smoking, etc). This is a one-year lease with the option to renew. Guarantors are accepted. Move-in is Jan 31st-Feb 1st. Please respond with a bit about yourself :)
