LF Roommate, flexible with move in date

Hey, I'm a late 20s CM looking to move to the city in May or June. My job is permanently remote and there's no office in NYC, so I don't have any hard requirements on location. Ideally, somewhere in queens as I prefer a more residential area, but I'm open to suggestions.
