Hello, my brother (Brian Shin), roommate (James Choi), and I (Darren Shin) are looking for someone to take over the living room space in LIC right off of the 39th Avenue Station. The benefits to this place is that it has:
• Live right off of the station (39th Ave-Dutch Kills N/W Station; 10 minutes into Manhattan)
• N/W 39th Avenue-Dutch Kills Station - 56 feet (30 second walk)
• Great Feng Shui
• There are elevators
• Apartment community is very kind and friendly
• Not noisy; windows are triple-paned to keep you from the loud environment
• A LOT OF LIGHT that comes into the apartment when blinds are open (floor-to-ceiling windows)
• Close to Astoria (Great for food, dates, relaxation)
LIVING SPACE:
You would be taking over the living room which currently has a full/queen size futon (sofa bed) with sheets/blanket ready for you. In order to provide privacy, there is a black curtain that stretches across to help you cover the living space. Windows are floor to ceiling windows. You'll also be sharing the bathroom space with James Choi. Our apartment will come with a washer/dryer, so it would be very convenient for you to wash everything at home. The room dimension is estimated around 13 feet x 12 feet, so there is a LOT of space. In addition, we got a huge closet that is unoccupied, so it will be available for use when moving in.
