Hi all! Private master bedroom available. 7min walk to Woodside Express 7 train/LIRR. Flexible move-in, any time between Sept 1 and Oct 30. Long term- 6month to 1yr sublets preferred.
This is a large private master bedroom with a private bathroom and balcony. $1100 per month, not including utilities (usually about $50-$100). You’ll be sharing the common areas with 3 other roommates (this is a 4br apt).
I’ve lived here for over a year and loved it. It’s really safe, convenient, and clean. Sad to be leaving, but I’m buying my own apartment!
Looking for a clean, respectful, and kind female. Young professional/student preferred. The roommates are all really sweet as well.
