Hello Everyone,

I am looking to move-out of my apartment 1003 Greene Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11221—last day being 10/31, but I can move out mid October if you are looking to move in around then.

I am in the main bedroom with the en-suite bath, so my rent is $1266/month excluding Verizon and ConEd monthly payments. You will have two other roommates, but they have their separate bathroom.

The building is only two years old, and is equipped with a laundry room, gym, lounge area, rooftop, and even a pet washing room...
