We are two Christian guys looking for ideally another guy to join our 2BR-flexed situation. We need someone to take over the master BR (with its own dedicated bathroom). Pictures show the master BR and bath, which would be yours (minus the furniture). The entire unit is 975 sq ft, and there is a balcony.
Building has roof deck, gym, 1/2 basketball court, laundry in unit, doorman. The building is close to several trains (N-W-7-E-M-R-G). Very easy to get into Manhattan, Flushing, Brooklyn.
Rent is $1650/month + utilities.
