I am looking for someone interested in renting my1 bedroom apartment here at The Delmar beginning November 1 (May be able to move out earlier ~Oct 26) We are moving and terminating our lease early, so we need to find someone to fill our unit. It's $3,145 but they may increase rent $50 with the new lease (this isn’t a sublease you will need to apply and sign on for 1 year)...
