We're looking for a female roommate for an 11 month sublease beginning November 1st. This is a doorman and elevator building with washer and dryer in the basement. Located on 45th Street between 8th & 9th Avenue, we are down the street from Bird & Branch, 1 block over from restaurant row and in the Theater District! 1 block away from the A/C/E. We are two CF's in our late 20's / early 30's that work in creative fields.
