The Apt: freshly renovated about 4 years ago when I moved in, crown molding, ceiling fans, windows in every room, fresh kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher).
Your room: the middle room with a great closet. The bedrooms share one door with each having a 2nd separate entrance. You'd only need to furnish your bedroom, I have everything else!
Location: between both McCarren and McGoldrick parks, a 6-7 minute walk to the Nassau G train and a 8-10 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to both the Bedford and Graham L train. There are tons of great restaurants, coffee shops, and late night bodegas in close walking distance.
You'll need to be able to sign a lease until March of 2021. It will likely go up to ~1280/month at lease signing before utitlies. (edited)
