I am a young professional working for a tech company in Chelsea and renting a room in my 2-bed-room apartment on the 2nd floor. Parties/ Overnight Guests/Noise/pets are not welcomed
I am welcoming a clean, nonsmoker and friendly person. (Only one person)
-Available to move in ASAP
-$850 month
-Security deposit (one month rent)
-Utilities (gas/electric) are included but not internet
-No laundry in the building but it is around the corner
-Kitchen, refrigerator, microwave and a bathroom to share
-Room semi-furnished with a sofa bed (Twin size), hanger clothes and and a window.
You also get your own closet in the hallway
-Close to Montrose AVE (L line) subway stop. (4 min by walk.)
-A quiet and convenient neighborhood close to bars, restaurants, bakery and supermarket.
-18 minutes to Union Square
