I currently live in a 1 bedroom LIC apmt with one other CF, she has the living room and I have the bedroom.
The apmt is a 3 min walk from Queensboro Station and has various amenities.
Rent would be $1550.
Our lease ends at the end of June, and I am looking to move out in late Dec-Jan.
