Hi! I'm looking for a CF to sublet my spot in Stuyvesant Town located on 1st Ave & 18th St in a 1br flex. The flexed living room is my spot. I have two other roommates who are seniors at NYU. They are sweeties and very responsible and clean.

The L train is 3 minute walk away and NQR 456 (Union Sq) is a 15 min walk away
The laundry room is located on the basement floor
Rent is around $1325 a month, utilities and gas and water are included in the rent and wifi is separate. Furnishings can be included for a small fee (bed, mattress, desk, chair, desk light, drawers)

Move - in date is anytime after January 23, 2020, but the move-out date is mid May, as our lease ends in May.
