Hello! I am looking for a third roommate to sign a lease with for a mid-late Feb move in. We are currently looking to lease a 2 bed flex (3 bed) & 2 bath in Columbus Circle (315 W 57th St). It’s one block away from Central Park and all the major subway lines. I went to see the apartment and it’s huge (1200 sq ft). There is plenty of living space even after putting up a flex wall in the living room. Pictures below!
