We're seeking two housemates for our bright, spacious, newly renovated home in the Bronx, with in-unit washer/dryer. The house is conveniently located in University Heights very close to the subway (4mins to 4 train @ 183rd St Station, 9mins to B/D trains @ Fordham Rd Station) and buses and allows easy access to Manhattan. Near Fordham University, Bronx Little Italy, NY Botanical Garden, Bronx Zoo, Yankee Stadium, and Bronx Night Market. The house is about 2,600 sq ft including the basement, and the bedrooms range from 150-250 sq ft. Housemates are a diverse mix of young professionals and students. The home environment is laidback with value placed on faith, community, and hospitality. Rent for the rooms is $850 and 900 (both are shown in the pictures). One room is available starting Feb 1st and the other March 1st. Utilities have always been under $35/month for gas, electric, and Internet combined.

Additional information: common spaces (kitchen, bathrooms, living/dining room) are shared, cleanliness is valued, no smoking/drugs, no pets. Applicants will be asked for credit score above 650, background check, proof of income (income must be at least 3x monthly rent or co-signer needed). First month's rent, last month's rent, and security deposit are requested at move-in.
